Then visit SUU’s Ceramics Guild’s Valentine’s Day Fundraising Sale which takes place Wednesday through Friday, February 8 to 10, 2012, in the Living Room of the Sharwan Smith Center from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The sale is open to the general public who are encouraged to attend.

The Valentine’s Day Fundraising Sale features beautifully rendered items created by the talented students who are Ceramics Majors. Many of these creations are not only beautiful works of art but are functional as well. A lovely mug can mean so much to your special person first thing in the morning or sitting on their desk. All items are moderately priced.

The proceeds from the Valentine’s Day Fundraising Sale go to support the ceramic students who are attending the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts annual conference.

ABOUT THE COLLEGE
The Southern Utah University College of Performing and Visual Arts is comprised of nationally accredited departments of Art and Design, Music, Theatre Arts and Dance, as well as a graduate program in Arts Administration. The College offers 16 different degree areas, including liberal arts Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees; professional Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Fine Arts in art and theatre degrees; and a Master of Fine Arts in Arts Administration degree. More than 60 full- and part-time faculty and staff are engaged in teaching and mentoring over 550 majors in the College.
